Ingredients

  • 4 sausages Italian, chicken, or any preferred type
  • 2 cups potatoesdiced
  • 15 ounces green beansdrained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. If using fresh green beans: Trim the ends off the green beans, otherwise drain the canned green beans. Slice the sausage into rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any desired seasonings (such as garlic powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning).
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are starting to brown and become crisp on the outside.
  5. After the potatoes have cooked for about 5 minutes, add the sausage slices and green beans to the air fryer basket. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally, until the sausage is heated through, the green beans are tender-crisp, and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  6. Once everything is cooked through and tender, remove the air fryer basket from the machine. Transfer the sausage, potatoes, and green beans to a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
