𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗡 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗

• 1cup of warm liquid milk
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of instant yeast
• 3½ cup of all purpose flour
• ½ tablespoon of salt
• 3 tablespoons of butter

 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦

• Chicken
• Onion (diced)
• Red bell pepper (diced)
• Chili pepper
• Vegetable oil
• Seasoning cubes
• Salt
• Grounded pepper
• Garlic powder

 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝘾𝙀𝘿𝙐𝙍𝙀𝙎

1. In a mixing bowl, coming the milk, sugar, egg, instant yeast and whisk. Add the salt, all purpose flour and mix using a spatula to form a dough. Add the butter, using your hands, mix the butter together with the dough.
2. Flour a clean surface and knead dough. Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and let it rise until it doubles in size.
3. Season the chicken using salt, seasoning cubes, onions, garlic powder and grounded pepper and allow to cook until it’s done. Cut into smaller sizes when cooled.
4. Pour some vegetable oil into a pan, add the onion, red bell pepper, seasoning cubes, salt, chili pepper, garlic powder, chicken and stir. Allow it simmer for 1min as you keep stirring.
5. Cut the dough into smaller sizes and roll them into a flat dough.
6. Add the fillings into the dough and seal all sides to form a ball. Repeat this process until all dough has been exhausted.
7. Place some parchment paper on the baking pan and transfer the dough into it. Cover and let it rise for 25min
8. Brush some egg wash ( mixture of egg + milk or water) on the surface of the dough and bake in a preheated oven of 175°c for 20-22mins
