Table of Contents

Ripe bananas and flour are the only two components that are required to make this straightforward banana bread. Not only is it naturally sweet, but it is also fully vegan and quite simple to prepare on the stovetop. There is no need to knead the dough, and there are no eggs, milk, sugar, or butter necessary!

Parts and pieces:

a pair of huge, ripe bananas

1 cup of flour made from whole wheat or oats (an additional option is to incorporate oats into flour).

Details to follow:

 mash the bananas.

The bananas should be peeled and then mashed with a fork in a bowl until they are very smooth and creamy.

Put in the Flour

While whisking constantly, gradually incorporate the flour into the mashed bananas until a thick batter is formed. If you feel that it is too dry, add a very small amount of water. Additional flour should be sprinkled in if it is too wet.

Cooking on the Stovetop

On a low heat, heat a pan that does not stick.

A few drops of oil can be used to lightly lubricate it, or you can use a dry non-stick pan instead.

After pouring the mixture onto the pan, shape it into a thick pancake or a little loaf.

Allow it cook for ten to twelve minutes on one side while covered with a lid.

After a careful flip, continue cooking for another ten minutes until the center is firm and golden brown.

Allow to Cold and Enjoy

Prior to slicing the bread, allow it to slightly cool down. Although it is naturally sweet and wonderful on its own, you can also choose to top it with nut butter, fruit, or a drizzle of maple syrup if you think it would be more appealing.

The end of it! Simple, nutritious, and entirely vegan banana bread that does not require the use of an oven.
