These crispy, cheesy, and easy-to-make cheese balls are perfect as a quick snack or appetizer. With just three ingredients, they come together in minutes and turn golden brown in the air fryer!

Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
½ cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
1 egg (beaten)
Optional Additions for Extra Flavor:
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Make the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, combine shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
Add the beaten egg and mix well until a dough-like texture forms.
Shape the Cheese Balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a small ball.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
(Optional: Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to help them hold their shape better.)
Air Fry the Cheese Balls
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket and place cheese balls inside (leave space between them).
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
