Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 1 packet Oreo (approximately 14 cookies)
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the Filling:

  • Oreo Cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttercream (or filling of your choice)
Instructions:

Cake:

  1. Separate the Oreo cookies, placing the cream-filled sides in one bowl and the plain cookies in another.
  2. Crush the plain Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, milk, egg, and baking powder. Mix until it forms a smooth batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with oil or butter.
  5. Pour a small amount of the Oreo batter onto the pan to form mini pancakes (about 2-3 inches in diameter). Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Filling:

  1. Take the Oreo cream you set aside earlier and the buttercream (or your preferred filling).
  2. Mix them together until well combined and creamy.

Assembly:

  1. Take two Oreo pancake pieces.
  2. Spread the prepared Oreo cream filling on one pancake.
  3. Place the second pancake on top to create a sandwich.
