4-Ingredient Oreo Biscuit Dora Cake (Dorayaki Style)
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 1 packet Oreo (approximately 14 cookies)
- 80 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
For the Filling:
- Oreo Cream
- 2 tablespoons buttercream (or filling of your choice)
Instructions:
Cake:
- Separate the Oreo cookies, placing the cream-filled sides in one bowl and the plain cookies in another.
- Crush the plain Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, milk, egg, and baking powder. Mix until it forms a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with oil or butter.
- Pour a small amount of the Oreo batter onto the pan to form mini pancakes (about 2-3 inches in diameter). Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Filling:
- Take the Oreo cream you set aside earlier and the buttercream (or your preferred filling).
- Mix them together until well combined and creamy.
Assembly:
- Take two Oreo pancake pieces.
- Spread the prepared Oreo cream filling on one pancake.
- Place the second pancake on top to create a sandwich.
