5-Minute Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar + 2-3 tbsp (for sprinkling on cookies)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml kefir
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder (6 g)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat 1 egg and add a pinch of salt.
- Add 1 tbsp of sugar, 60 ml of vegetable oil, and 100 ml of kefir to the egg mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add 250 g of flour and 1 tsp of baking powder to the wet ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into cookies.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with 2-3 tbsp of sugar for a sweet, crispy finish.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
