Air-fry zucchini with Parmesan cheese
It’s easy to make, tastes great, and is good for you.

- 2 big zucchinis
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of coarse sea salt
- 5 grams of garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, ground
- ¼ teaspoon of dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons of chopped Parmesan cheese, split up
instructions
- • Wash the squash and zucchini and pat them dry. Cut the zucchini into bite-sized pieces by cutting off both ends.
- •Heat the air fryer up to 380F.
- • Put the zucchini in a big bowl. Use anything from oil to 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese to season the slices. Toss and coat all over.
- •Put them in the air fryer basket and make a single layer of them. It’s fine to have a little overlap. Air fryer for a total of eight minutes. Throw the ball in the middle.
- •The zucchini should be cooked all the way through, but not so soft that it falls apart. If not, cook for two more minutes.
- •Place them on a serving plate to serve. Add the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top. You can serve it hot or cold.
