- 2 apples, chopped
- 2 tbsp flour
- Approx 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Nutmeg, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Olive oil, for brushing
- Icing sugar and cinnamon mix, for dusting

- Prepare Apple Filling: In a bowl, combine the chopped apples, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the apples evenly.
- Fill Egg Roll Wrappers: Place a scoop of the apple mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold one side over the apples, then fold in the sides, and roll up to close. Use a bit of water on the edge to seal.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush with Olive Oil: Brush each apple pie with a bit of olive oil.
