Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 100 grams self-raising flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 50 ml milk plant-based
- 40-50 ml sparkling water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 4 tablespoon Oil
Directions
- Combine the flour and 1 TBSP sugar in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- One spoonful of sugar and 100 grams of self-raising flour
- Mix the cinnamon powder and sugar in a separate bowl.
- One teaspoon cinnamon powder and one-third cup sugar
- After washing and drying the apples, use a sharp knife to peel them and an apple corer to remove the core.
- Cut the apples into thin, not thick slices.
- Two apples
- Beat the flour and milk together, then gradually add the sparkling water—you might not need all of it.
- 40–50 ml of sparkling water and 50 ml of milk
- Don’t Prepare the thin batter.
- Make sure the apple rings are completely covered after dipping them in the batter.
- Use round parchment paper to line the air fryer.
- Before gently placing one coated apple ring at a time, liberally oil the paper.
- Four tablespoons of oil
- Brush the apple rings with a little oil using a pastry brush.
- For 10 to 12 minutes, air fried at 370F/190C, flipping halfway through cooking; reapply oil if needed.
- When finished, take them out and immediately roll them in cinnamon sugar.
Remarks
- Since you won’t be able to manufacture them all at once, you might need to make them in batches.
