Air Fryer Asiago Cheese Bagels

Description

Air Fryer Asiago Cheese Bagels is my copycat bagel recipe from Panera Bread, it’s one of my family’s favorites, so I wanted to make a batch during the summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • Instructions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, yogurt, and ½ cup of cheese.
    2. Use a wooden spoon to combine.
    3. Lightly flour your surface and lightly knead the dough.
    4. Form into a round, and cut into four pieces.
    5. Working with one piece at a time, roll each into a 5- to 7-inch rope, then pinch ends together to form a circle.
    6. Place a parchment round in my air fryer, but you don’t have to.
    7. Place the bagels into your air fryer (don’t let them touch, so you may have to do 2 batches)
    8. Top the bagels evenly with the remaining cheese.
    9. Air fry at 350 F, air fryer setting, for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness.
      • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
