Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  1. Two sweet potatoes
  2. Half a teaspoon of olive oil
  3. Half a teaspoon of kosher salt

Directions

  1. Give the sweet potatoes a thorough wash. To ensure they bake rather than steam, completely dry them.
  2. Make holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork.
  3. Sprinkle the sweet potatoes with salt and rub them with olive oil.
  4. Make cautious not to overcrowd the air fryer basket with the cooked sweet potatoes.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in an air fryer. Depending on their size, simmer the sweet potatoes for a further five to fifteen minutes after checking for doneness. When a sweet potato squishes easily or reaches 200 degrees Fahrenheit on an instant read thermometer, it is done.

Garnish with cinnamon and butter.

Remarks

  • Select sweet potatoes with comparable sizes to guarantee uniform and even frying.
  • If you like, you can omit the oil and salt.
