Regarding the Filling:

  1. Half a cup of softened unsalted butter
  2. Half a cup of dense brown sugar
  3. two tsp finely ground cinnamon

Regarding the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  1. 4 ounces of softened cream cheese
  2. 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter
  3. One cup of sugar powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Get the Yeast Going:

  • Pour the heated milk and a small pinch of powdered sugar into a small bowl. After scattering the yeast on top, let it sit for five to ten minutes, or until frothy.

Get the dough ready:
