Air Fryer Beef Stir Fry

Description

I’m going to show you how I use my air fryer to make a beef stir fry. The best part is that it’s marinated in a homemade sauce so the flavor is amazing! All of the ingredients are easy to find and this recipe will take you less than 10 minutes from start to finish!

Ingredients

  • 1 poun beef sirloincut into 2 inch strips
  • 1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red peppercut into strips
  • 1 cup green peppercut into strips
  • 1 cup yellow peppercut into strips
  • 1/2 cup onionsdiced
  • 1/2 cup red oniondiced

Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tesapoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Instructions

    1. Add all of the ingredients for the sauce (marinate) to a bowl, then add the meat.
    2. Then place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
    3. Add one tablespoon of stir fryer oil, and mix it in with the vegetables.
    4. Place your vegetables in the air fryer basket, and cook them for about 5 minutes on 200 degrees F.
    5. Then open your air fryer, mix all of the vegetables, and make sure they are softened, not hard. If they aren’t softened, add another 2 minutes.
    6. Remove the vegetables and place them in a bowl, then add your meat to the air fryer basket, and cook them for 4 minutes at 360. Check and flip them, and do another 2 minutes if they aren’t done.
      • I served my stir fry over white rice. Then topped it with the vegetables and meat.
