Air Fryer Blueberry Donuts

Description

Air Fryer Blueberry Donuts –There is nothing like a fresh hot donut for breakfast. Although, I am from Boston, where Dunkin Donuts is on every street corner. Today, I am bringing you my delicious version of an Air Fryer Blueberry Donuts.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  5. 1 large egg
  6. 1/3 cup milk
  7. 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  8. 2 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
  9. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  10. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Icing:

  1. 1 cup powdered sugar
  2. 2-3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Pour the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla into the mixing bowl, beating until well combined.
  3. Fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spray your donut pans with olive oil, being careful to spray the sides really well.
  6. Scoop the batter into the donut pans, filling about 2/3 the way full.
  7. Set the pan into the air fryer and set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Test to see if the donut comes out clean, but sticking a toothpick into the center of one, and if it comes out clean, remove it from the air fryer.
  9. Let cool slightly while you make the icing.
  10. Glaze the donuts with the icing, plate, serve, and enjoy!

To Make The Glaze: add the powdered sugar and milk into a small bowl. Mix until well blended.,
