Ingredients
- ⅓ cup butter slightly softened
- 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 4 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir until it become crumbly.
- Add in the egg, and the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms.
- Stir in the blueberries.
- Roll the dough, until it is about ½ inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter.
- Place in air fryer basket on parchment paper, or lightly brushed with olive oil.
- Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes, until they are golden.
Notes
***Do not use air fryer with just parchment paper by itself. It must be weighted down by the, or it can be a fire hazard!***
