Ingredients:

2 large tortillasflour or corn

3 large eggs

1 large tomatosliced

1/2 cup lettucediced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

8 slices cheeseor 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with a fork.

In a non-stick pan, add half of the eggs and place a tortilla on top of the egg.

Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.

Place the tortilla with the egg side up on top of a cutting board.

With a knife, cut a line starting in the middle.

On the lower left quarter, add the mayonnaise.

Chop the iceberg lettuce and place it in the upper quarter.

On the other right quarter, add the tomato slices (1 or 2)

In the last quarter, add the cheese.

Starting with the quarter where you spread the mayo, fold it over the iceberg lettuce quarter.

Then fold it up on top of the tomato slices.

Finally, fold it over the cheese quarter.

You can easily make this in the Air Fryer, prepare as directed, then spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Place the folded tortilla into the air fryer basket, spray with cooking spray, and air fry at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting for 3 minutes per side.

Optional Cooking in Skillet:

You used to cook the egg skillet over medium heat in the same skillet, add the tortilla wrap, cook until it gets crispy, and flip it once (about 3 minutes per side).
