Ingredients
- 10 ounces oyster crackers, any brand
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
- 1/3 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce, adjust to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together melted butter, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning mix until well combined.
- Add the oyster crackers to the bowl with the seasoning mixture and toss until all the crackers are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
- Spread the coated oyster crackers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches.
- Air fry the crackers for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The crackers are done when they are golden brown and crispy.
