Air Fryer Carrot Chips

Description

Air Fryer Carrot Chips are cooked until their edges are crispy and the carrots remain tender, making them a delightful snack or a tasty side dish!

Ingredients

  • 16- ounce carrot chipsfound in the produce aisle
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting your carrot chips, then pour them into a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and sea salt.
  2. Spread them out into a single layer into the Air Fryer Basket. Set the temperature to 360 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 6 minutes after 6 minutes, shake the basket frequently during the cooking process.
  3. Check them for doneness. If you want them extra crispy add a minute or two. Plate, serve and enjoy! I added a dash of salt and had a wonderful snack.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
