Air Fryer Cheese Scones

    • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
    • 1/2 cup Gouda
    • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
    • 1 pinch SaltInstructions
      1. Grate the Gouda (1/2 cup) and add it to a bowl with All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) Sour Cream (1/2 cup) , and Salt (1 pinch) .
      2. Knead all of the ingredients into a dough.Dust a clean surface with flour.
      3. Roll the pastry to a 1/2-inch (1cm) thick sheet. Cut the dough into circles using a round cutting mold or a small glass (1-inch or 2.5cm diameter).
      4. Place the circles on the Philips double layer accessory and repeat the previous step with any leftover dough.
      5. Place the cheese scones into the basket leaving some space near the edges for the double layer accessory. No extra space is needed between the scones as they will only rise upwards during baking.
      6. Place the double layer accessory into the basket and then in the Airfryer. Start the device at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 12 minutes
      7. .Bake the scones until golden. Serve warm.
