Ingredients:
For the Bread:
1 French baguette (or ciabatta, sourdough, or any crusty bread)
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp salt
For the Cheese Topping:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or gouda for extra creaminess)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: red pepper flakes for a spicy kick
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread
Slice the baguette or bread in half lengthwise. If using a large loaf, cut it into smaller sections to fit in your air fryer.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Assemble the Cheesy Bread
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
If you like a bit of spice, sprinkle on some red pepper flakes.
Air Fry the Cheesy Bread
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Place the bread in the air fryer basket (cut-side up). Do not overlap pieces.
Air fry at 350°F for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden brown edges.
Serve & Enjoy!
Remove the cheesy bread from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Slice into sticks or squares and serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic aioli.
