Air fryer Cheesy Potatoes (Mexican style)

 

Taco spice and cheddar cheese add taste to these Mexican cheesy air fryer potatoes. With only three ingredients and no cleanup required, this simple side dish can be prepared in a matter of minutes thanks to cheesy foil potato packs.

INGREDIENTS

  1. potatoes 448 gram
  2. 2 tablespoon
  3. taco seasoning
  4. 3 tablespoon oil
  5. ¼ cup cheddar cheese grated
  6. 1 tablespoon
  7. Fresh herbs optional
  8. salt according to taste

DIRECTIONS’

  1. After washing, quarter the potatoes or cut them into large cubes if they are large.
    One pound of potatoes
  2. Combine the oil, salt, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
    Three tablespoons of oil, salt, and two tablespoons of taco seasoning
  3. Toss in the potatoes after adding them.
  4. Place the foil in the basket of the air fryer.
  5. Place all of the potatoes in one layer.
  6. The potatoes should be cooked and crispy after 12 to 15 minutes in an air fryer set to 400F/204C.
  7. Put the basket in the air fryer and cover with cheese, but do not cook.
  8. One-fourth cup of cheddar cheese
  9. In a hot air fryer, the cheese will melt on its own.
  10. Take out the basket, top with herbs, and serve warm with the main course.
