  • One pound of chicken wings, divided into drummettes and flats
  • One tablespoon of olive oil
  • Two teaspoons of garlic salt
  • One teaspoon of lemon pepper

  • Place the chicken wings in a mixing dish after thoroughly patting them dry with paper towels.
  • Apply 1 tablespoon of oil, then top with 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper and 2 teaspoons of garlic salt. Toss to distribute the seasoning evenly.
  • Arrange equally in an air fryer basket and cook at 400˚F for 8 minutes on each side, for a total of 16 minutes, or until the outsides of the chicken wings are golden brown and crisp.

Remarks: If you want to make twice as many wings, air fry them for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until the skin is crispy. How long it takes to bake will depend on how big your air fryer basket is.
