    Notes

hot dogs. Use different types of hot dogs for this dish. I love to use brisket dogs, but you can also use regular hot dogs, or flavored hot dogs that are stuffed with cheese
chili. Any Texan will argue with you about whether or not chili should have beans in it or not. That’s up to you! Use your favorite flavored chili, with or without beans.

toppings. Just like a regular hot dog, you can also top your chili cheese dog with toppings. Some of my favorites are diced onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños.

Store leftover chili cheese dogs in and airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheat leftover chili cheese dogs in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and they’re completely heated through.
