Air Fryer Chocolate Banana Muffins
These fluffy, moist, and chocolatey banana muffins are naturally sweetened and super easy to make in the air fryer!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 eggs
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 cup oat flour (or all-purpose flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup chopped nuts (pistachios, walnuts, or almonds)
Dark chocolate (for drizzle, optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add cocoa powder, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and salt—mix well.
Stir in oat flour and baking powder until fully combined.
Fold in half of the chopped nuts for added crunch.
Air Fry the Muffins:
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Grease or line silicone muffin molds.
Fill each mold ¾ full with batter.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Finishing Touches:
Let muffins cool slightly.
Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle the remaining chopped nuts on top.
