Air Fryer Crab Rangoon

Directions

  • Make your crab filling first. In a small mixing bowl, blend together the crab meat and cream cheese.
  • In the centre of the wonton wrapper, place a tablespoon of filling.
  • Since I couldn’t find wonton wrappers, I cut four pieces of egg roll wrappers.
  • Then, to create a pocket, I press the two sides together and then the remaining two sides after brushing water around all of the sides.
  • Place in the air fryer basket or tray, brush the outside with olive oil (only the outside), and cook for 7 to 10 minutes at 330 degrees F.
  • Serve, plate, and savour!
