- 1 Air Fryer
- 12 Silicone Cupcake Liners
Ingredients
- 1 15.25 Box Cake Mix
- 3 Large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- To make these cupcakes, prepare the box mix according to directions. For Betty Crocker Cake Mix, use a large mixing bowl, or stand mixer, combine the cake mix with eggs, oil, and water.
- Beat or whisk cake batter, until the ingredients are well combined. Batter should be smooth and creamy.
- Lightly spray the inside of the silicone cupcake holders with non-stick spray, then place them in the air fryer basket. If using a basket air fryer, you need to use silicone muffin cups. (If using muffin tins, you can use paper liners.)
- Pour the cupcake batter in the liners, filling them about ¾ of the way full. Do not overfill or the fan can splatter the batter.
- Air fry cupcakes at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting.
