Air Fryer Cupcakes

Equipment

  1. 1 Air Fryer
  2. 12 Silicone Cupcake Liners

Ingredients

  1. 1 15.25 Box Cake Mix
  2. 3 Large eggs
  3. ½ cup vegetable oil
  4. 1 cup water

Instructions

    1. To make these cupcakes, prepare the box mix according to directions. For Betty Crocker Cake Mix, use a large mixing bowl, or stand mixer, combine the cake mix with eggs, oil, and water.
    2. Beat or whisk cake batter, until the ingredients are well combined. Batter should be smooth and creamy.
Lightly spray the inside of the silicone cupcake holders with non-stick spray, then place them in the air fryer basket. If using a basket air fryer, you need to use silicone muffin cups. (If using muffin tins, you can use paper liners.)
  1. Pour the cupcake batter in the liners, filling them about ¾ of the way full. Do not overfill or the fan can splatter the batter.
  2. Air fry cupcakes at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting.
