AIR FRYER ENCHILADAS

Air Fryer Enchiladas are one of my Taco Tuesday favorites. Perfect for a busy weeknight and a great recipe to feed all the hungry mouths in the family! Add this to your list of must-make air fryer recipes because even picky eaters will enjoy it! This is one dinner that the whole family will line up for seconds.

When you tell the family it’s what’s for dinner tonight, you won’t hear any complaints about this dish.

Easy meals are music to my ears. The best part about owning my air fryer is that it can literally cook anything. I’ve tried out hundreds of delicious recipes and have yet to be disappointed. And as this recipe for air fryer chicken enchiladas shows, using your air fryer is ALWAYS the best option.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground chicken
    • 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
    • 8 tortillas of corn or flour
    • 15 ounces of black beans drained and rinsed
    • 1 can enchilada sauce red
    • 1 cup Mexican cheese shredded
    • 1 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
    • ½ cup sour cream

      Instructions

      1. Add the ground chicken to a skillet and cook over medium heat until fully cooked. Stir in the
      2. Taco seasoning.
      3. Top each tortilla with seasoned chicken.
      4. Add black beans and continue building the enchiladas with the remaining tortillas.
      5. Prepare the air fryer basket with a small sheet of foil that covers the bottom of the air fryer.
      6. Roll each of the enchiladas and place them into the air fryer on top of the foil.
      7. Once you have finished adding the enchiladas, top the enchiladas with the enchilada sauce.
        Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
      8. Air fry the enchiladas at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the enchiladas from the air fryer.
      9. Optional: top with any remaining cheese, sour cream, and fresh chopped cilantro.
