4 dill pickles cut into slices or spears

½ cup all purpose flour

1 cup bread crumbs Italian or Regular

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Begin by drain pickles from pickle juice. Slice pickles, then pat pickles dry with a paper towel.

Using three small to medium bowls for your breading station, preferably a shallow bowl. In one bowl add flour. The second bowl, add beaten eggs. In the third bowl, combine the bread crumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir together.

Dip each pickle in the flour mixture, shaking off excess flour. Next, dip chips in egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, giving it a light coating. Gently tap off excess crumbs.

Place the coated pickle slices in air fryer basket that has been lightly sprayed with oil or lined with parchment paper.

Air fry pickles at 380ºF for 7-10 minutes, turning the pickles halfway through air frying process. Pickles will be crispy and golden brown.
