Ingredients:
2 cups of milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Cooking spray or a light brush of vegetable oil
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Whipped cream or fruit (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter (Time: 5 minutes):
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until well combined.
Add in the salt, baking soda, and sugar, and mix well.
Gradually fold in the flour until the batter becomes smooth and well mixed.
Preheat the Air Fryer (Time: 3 minutes): Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
Prepare the Batter for Air Frying (Time: 2 minutes):
Pour the batter mixture into a gallon-size Ziplock bag and seal it.
Cut a small hole in one of the bottom corners of the bag to create a makeshift piping bag.
Cook the Funnel Cake Bites (Time: 10 minutes):
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush it lightly with vegetable oil.
