  • Ingredients

    • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 large lemon, juiced
    • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • A pinch of red pepper flakes, optional
    • Olive oil spray

    • Instructions

      1. In a small mixing bowl, mix the melted butter, parsley, garlic powder.
      2. Dip your shrimp in the sauce, and then put the shrimp into a sprayed (either with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray) basket.
      3. Set your temperature to 400° F/200°C air fryer setting, for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, brush the lemon onto the shrimp, then cook for another 3 minutes.
      4. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
