Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Components:

  1. Two tablespoons of olive oil
  2. Sliced into bite-sized pieces, a 1½-pound sirloin steak, strip loin, tenderloin, strip steak, or rib eye
  3. A pinch of salt, or to taste
  4. To taste, or ¼ teaspoon pepper
  5. Two tablespoons salted butter
  6. Four minced garlic cloves
  7. 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

Directions:

  • Put the steak, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a medium-sized bowl. Toss to mix.
  • Turn the air fryer on to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Set your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and set a timer for 4 minutes if it doesn’t have a preheat feature. After four minutes, check for doneness. Ours is a shade of pink on the inside. Cook at one-minute intervals if not done.
  • Add the steak bites to the Air Fryer basket and cook for four minutes when the oven has heated up.
  • Put the skillet on the stovetop while the steak cooks. Heat a skillet with melted butter. After the butter has melted, add the garlic to the skillet and stir-fry it for about 30 seconds, or until it begins to brown and acquire scent. Take off the heat.
  • Add the garlic butter to the steak when it’s done and toss to coat. Serve right away after adding parsley as a garnish.
