Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Prepare the Steak Bites:
In a bowl, toss the cubed steak with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.

Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:
