Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Flatbread
Introduction:
This Garlic Parmesan Flatbread combines the aromatic flavors of garlic and parsley with the rich taste of Parmesan cheese, all baked into a soft, fluffy flatbread. Using an air fryer ensures a quick cooking time and a delightful texture.
Ingredients:
For the Flatbread Dough:
350g all-purpose flour
250g plain yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
30g unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add the plain yogurt to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide and Roll Out:
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
On a floured surface, roll out each portion into an oval or round shape, approximately ¼ inch thick.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
Air Fry the Flatbread:
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Lightly brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
Place one rolled-out dough piece into the air fryer basket.
Brush the top with the prepared garlic butter and sprinkle with a portion of the grated Parmesan cheese.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes until the flatbread is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining dough pieces.
