- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This step helps achieve crispy skin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine extra-virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic (or garlic powder), dried oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
