Air Fryer Homemade Chinese Egg Rolls

Do you love Chinese food? I know I do! While most of the time I enjoy eating out at a restaurant, there are occasions when I want to enjoy some of my favorite Chinese dishes at home. One dish that is always a hit with me and my family is egg rolls. In this blog post, I’m going to show you how to make your own egg rolls using an air fryer. Let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded chickencooked
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon parsleydiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 10-12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 large eggbeaten

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 356 F | 180 C. Grease the basket with cooking spray or oil.
  • In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, buffalo sauce, parsley, oregano, garlic and onion. Mix well together to get a creamy mixture.
  • Lay on a wrapper on a wooden board. Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the middle. Brush the edges with water.
  • Fold the wrappers by following the instructions on the packaging or on the step by step pictures.
  • Place each egg roll in the air fryer basket. Brush each of them with egg.
  • Air fry for 6 minutes then turn and cook for another 6 minutes. *I air fry in 2 batches as my air fryer is medium size.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dip.
