1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for best results)
½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
1 egg
¼ cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
For the Glaze:
⅓ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard (yellow or Dijon)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and smoked paprika until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a small loaf that will fit inside your air fryer basket.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Air Fry the Meatloaf
Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket (use parchment paper for easy cleanup).
Air fry at 370°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
Add the Glaze
While the meatloaf cooks, mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
