Air Fryer Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butterunsalted
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons red chili flakesoptional
  • 1 pound shrimppeeled and deveined

Optional: Green Scallions, diced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the melted butter, garlic, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Mix well. Save about half of the sauce for later. Then fold the shrimp into the sauce.
  2. Place your shrimp into the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Once the shrimps turn pink and curled slightly, brush with the sauce and cook for another 1 minute so that the shrimps are well coated in the sauce.
  4. Pour the rest of the sauce over the shrimp.
