Air Fryer IHOP Cheeseburger Omelet

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 pound ground beeflean ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup hashbrownscooked
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheeseshredded
  • 1 tablespoon tomatoesdiced
  • 1 tablespoon picklesdiced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Break it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Once cooked, remove from the heat.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F for a few minutes. Whisk the eggs and heavy cream in a small bowl until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  3. Pour the eggs into a nonstick cooking pan, place the baking pan into the air fryer basket, and set the cooking temperature to 350 degrees F and the cooking time for 4 minutes; when the time is up, sprinkle the cooked ground beef on top, shredded cooked hashbrowns, and cheese on top, and cook for another 5-6 minutes at 330 degrees F, using air fryer setting.
  4. Add more shredded cheese, add your favorite cheeseburger toppings, and fresh herbs right before serving.
