Table of Contents

Introduction

Italian sausage and peppers is a beloved comfort food featuring flavorful sausages cooked with sweet bell peppers and onions. Using the air fryer makes this dish faster and less messy than stovetop methods, while still giving the sausage a crispy skin and the veggies a nice char and tenderness. It’s great on its own, served over rice or pasta, or stuffed into hoagie rolls for hearty sandwiches.
