AIR FRYER KETO ONION RINGS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR

- One large onion, cut into rings about half an inch thick.
- Thickened Yum Coconut Flour, 3 tablespoons
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Two big eggs
- Triple Tasty Yum Pasteurized Almond Flour
- Half a teaspoon of paprika
- A half-tsp of garlic powder
Put three little, shallow dishes in a row as follows:
- Stir together coconut flour and sea salt.
- Beaten eggs
A mixture of mixed, almond flour, paprika, and garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS

- Greasean air fryer basket or two air fryer oven racks very lightly. Coat a ring of onion with coconut flour.
- After dipping it in the egg and shaking off any excess,put in to the mixture
- Put into the basket or rack of the air fryer.
- Continue until you have all of the onion rings arranged in a single, unbroken layer.
- (If you don’t have two air fryer racks, you might have to cook them in two batches.
- For two to three minutes, preheat the air fryer or air fryer oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- To use an air fryer oven, insert both racks into the device. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until brown on top. Once again, bake for 8 minutes after switching racks, or until the top layer is golden.
- In a standard air fryer, the basket can only hold half of the onion rings in a single layer. Into the air fryer insert the basket. Bake until golden, about 16 minutes. Take out the onion rings, place the remaining raw rings in their proper order, and continue.
