Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken legs . 1 cup buttermilk. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepperCooking spray or oil spray.

Instructions:

1.Marinate Chicken:Place the chicken legs in a bowl and pour buttermilk over them. Ensure the chicken is fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to overnight in the refrigerator.

2.Prepare Coating:In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

3.Coat Chicken:Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Take each chicken breast from the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, and coat it thoroughly with the flour mixture. Press the coating onto the chicken to adhere.

1.Air Fry:Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or use an oil spray. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.

2.Cook:Air fry the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
