- When potatoes are fully costed and crispy. Pull out air fryer basket and let it cool for 30 secs so you don’t get burned while adding the toppings. 
- Top potatoes with cheese and bacon. Push basket back into air fryer base and melt the cheese at 400°F / 200°C for a minute. 
- Transfer loaded potatoes to a plate then add dollops of sour cream on each round before topping off with scallions or chives. Serve immediately. 
- Oven instructions- Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C / Gas mark 6 
- Place coated potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 mins or until fully cooked. 
- Gently pull out baking sheet, top the potato rounds with cheese and bacon. Return the baking sheet to the oven and broil till cheese melts. 
- Bring out from the oven and add the other toppings and serve.
