Air Fryer Lobster Tail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 teaspoons melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Thaw frozen lobster tails. Carefully cut each lobster tail’s top shell to the base using kitchen shears. Pull the shell apart gently to reveal the flesh while keeping it attached at the base. Lift the meat through the cut shell and place it on top.
- Season Lobster Tails Thoroughly cover lobster flesh with melted butter.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. On greased lobster meat, sprinkle this mixture evenly.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Start your air fryer at 380°F (193°C).
- Frying in air: Seasoned lobster tails should not contact in the air fryer basket.
- Air-fry lobster tails for 6-8 minutes until opaque and cooked thoroughly. Lobster tail size and air fryer model affect cooking time.
- Serve: Carefully remove lobster tails from air fryer and place on plates.
- Serve with lemon wedges and finely chopped parsley.
