Air Fryer Meat & Potato Pie
This crispy, golden-brown pie is packed with flavorful minced meat and tender potatoes. It’s perfect for a hearty meal!
Ingredients:
2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
250g (½ lb) ground beef (or lamb, chicken, or turkey)
1 medium potato, diced into small cubes
½ onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 egg yolk (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the onions until soft, then add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in the diced potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook for about 5 minutes until the potatoes soften slightly. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Assemble the Pie:
Roll out one puff pastry sheet and place it in an air fryer-safe baking pan.
Spread the meat & potato filling evenly on top.
Cover with the second puff pastry sheet, sealing the edges by pressing them with a fork.
Make small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
Brush & Air Fry:
Brush the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy:
Let the pie cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm!

Use pre-cooked potatoes for a faster version.
Try a cheese-filled variation by adding shredded cheddar inside.
