Ingredients
- 3 frozen rolls, defrosted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon butter, unsalted
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Start by letting the rolls defrost, just leave them on the counter, for a few hours.
- Then cut each roll into 4 pieces.
- In a small mixing bowl, add the sugar and ground cinnamon, mix well.
- In another small bowl, melt the butter (I used the microwave) and mix in the brown sugar.
- Roll the dough into a ball.
- Dip the dough balls into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and then place in a greased (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray) ramekin. Continue, until you use up all of the dough.
- Then pour the melted butter and ground cinnamon sugar over the top.
- Set into the air fryer for 7 to 10 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Check to make sure the dough is fully cooked, before removing. If not, add another few minutes.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
Equipment
- Mug or Ramekin
- Cooking Spray
