Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 3-4 breasts
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese shredded
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
Instructions :
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts and place them in the air fryer.
- Cook 16-19 minutes (or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F).
Notes:
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 4 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer or bake pieces wrapped in foil in the oven until warmed through.
- Portion out and freeze leftover MIYM chicken in zippered bags for up to 8 weeks and use as needed.
