Description
Air Fryer Mozzarella Pizza Bread – This dish is excellent as an appetizer or the main course – let your imagination run wild!
Ingredients
- 1 large Sourdough Bread Loaf
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
Instructions
- Slice your bread lengthwise and then crosswise, careful not to cut through the bread.
- Melt your butter, and then add your oregano and garlic salt. Sprinkle the melted butter mixture into the cavities of the bread.
- In a small bowl, add your two kinds of cheese, and toss to mix. Fill the cavities with the cheese mixtures, add the rest of the butter mixture on top. Using foil, wrap your bread tightly with aluminum foil.
- Add your bread to the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the bread from the foil and air fry until the cheese is melted. Serve with marinara sauce.
