AIR FRYER ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS
Ingredients
- Replace the ½ pound of Cremini mushrooms with Portobello or closed cup mushrooms.
I used brown onions for the two tiny onions. - Two teaspoons of olive oil
- One teaspoon of garlic powder
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
DIRECTIONS
- After cleaning the mushrooms, cut them in half, quarters, or lengthwise into comparable pieces. Next, cut the onions into the same size.
- Place the onions and mushrooms in a big bowl.
- Stir the olive oil and garlic granules into the onions and mushrooms.
- Spread out the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket. For 10–12 minutes, air fried at 190°C/385°F, stirring the basket every 3–4 minutes. Add salt and pepper one minute before the cooking time is up, and then continue to air fry until the onions are tender and translucent and the mushrooms are browned.
