Air Fryer Peaches

Ingredients

  • 4 yellow peachesfirm
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup unsalted butterroom temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional: vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of honey, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  2. In a small bowl, combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. With a sharp knife, halve and pit each peach.
  4. Brush cut side with olive oil and place face down in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 350 degrees F with a cook time of 8-10 minutes.
  6. Carefully open the air fryer and flip peaches using a large spoon.
  7. Place a spoonful of the butter mixture in each peach.
  8. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes or until they begin to caramelize on top.
  9. Serve warm with ice cream and other toppings!
  10. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
